The Finest Professional Culinary Workshop The Multi-functional workshop is well equipped with the finest professional brands, allowing either professionals or amateurs to obtain the most fascinating culinary experience. The state-of-the-art facilities including double deck oven, combi oven and blast freezer, etc. are compatible to those of an international first-rate kitchen, making ADG the perfect venue for demonstration, competition, culinary class and events of different nature.

Our Grand Hall – The Verbena can be flexibly converted to theatre style or work station style depends on customers’ need. The flexible setting enables the room to be divided into 2 adjoining room – The Rosemary and The Bay Leaf of 650 and 1,650 square feet respectively for smaller scale events.


Theatre The comprehensive AV system including projection screens, ceiling camera and speakers provides the perfect setting for product launch or culinary demonstration. The spacious Verbena has a total floor area of 3,000 square feet and can accommodate 100-150 participants. It can be flexibly set up to cater to different culinary events of various scales. The Verbena can be divided into two smaller rooms – The Rosemary and The Bay Leaf, which can accommodate 50-60 people and 70-80 people respectively.

Work Station

TheatreThe workshop station style is ideally designed to host practical cooking classes from 2 to 30 people. The Verbena has the capacity to seat classes of 30 people, while The Rosemary and The Bay Leaf can seat classes of 10 and 20 people respectively. It is equipped with 8 movable work stations including individual working table, refrigerator, oven and induction plate with built-in ventilation system, giving each student sufficient space and equipments to practice the cooking techniques that were taught on class.

The workshop can also serve as the perfect venue for professional culinary competition. The individual mobile work stations and the state-of-the-art equipments allow the chefs to carry out all kinds of culinary technique and inspirational idea.
